This was the original business service started by our founder Gene Kloeckner. Viking Billing Service

Viking partners with rental car and insurance companies to process damage claims on their behalf. Our account representatives help them recover losses that occur because of damage to rental cars. This means that much of our work is on behalf of a rental car company but with a rental car customer. It can be a tough job, as it requires that our employees creatively solve problems and effectively communicate to people on both sides of the conversation. But the work has been happening here at Viking for more than 25 years. It continues to be another area where we are able to demonstrate that it’s possible to be committed to people and to good while also doing work that matters.
